We recommend care is taken to pack your item safely, boxes can be throw around by delivery professionals. We suggest you stick to the following packing guidelines: -
First you need a sturdy box, at least 30% larger than your item(s), some brown packing tape, bubble wrap, and packing fillers (for example shredded paper) - available from your local stationers, or click here
Should items needs engraving, ensure they are individually labelled with typed instructions
Protect your item by bubble wraping it, using tape to keep it in place
Use tape to secure bottom of box i.e. twice down middle of box join and once around end edges
Use bubble wrap, shredded paper, or other packing fillers and fill box 75% full
Place item into middle of box and packing filler leaving a 3" or 76mm packing border between your item and all sides of the box
Don't forget to print out your receipt (if applicable) with a return name & address and place it in the box
Fill box with more packing filler, enough so box appears fat and lid flaps are slightly risen on closure
Tape up top of box, as before - i.e. twice down middle of box join and once around end edges
Arrange your courier click here and attach label to box -
